Fire Atlas is a geospatial platform for volunteer fire departments and fire safe councils. It combines public data sources, community-maintained records, and field-collected information into a single, managed atlas — roads, structures, water sources, access points, and land features — kept current by the people who know the ground.
Field crews access maps from a phone browser with no app required. Administrators manage data layers, run print atlases for rigs and command, and share verified data with partner agencies. During an active incident, an up-to-date atlas is the situational awareness layer that day-to-day data maintenance makes possible.
